The virus named Bi(Parasite.Bi).This virus wrote by assembly language,they propagate themselves by infect the file of EXE.If the virus to be function,then it will be search all programs in the present file and infect them.Even though it's a test virus and it has a little disservice,but its writer already announced its source code on the internet.If the hackers used them,they can write the more disservice's virus than Bi.
